Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 pounds fresh, unpeeled shrimp, rinsed well 1/2 cup beer
Directions
Combine basil, rosemary, thyme, dry mustard, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper in a microwaveable bowl. Add the shrimp and toss well. Add beer, cover and microwave 8 minutes on High, stirring twice, until shrimp are pink. Let shrimp stand 4 minutes before serving.
Makes 2 pounds of shrimp.
