Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips 1.25 ounce package taco seasoning 15 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 11 ounce can corn with peppers, undrained 1/4 cup water
Directions
Coat the inside of a large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken strips and cook over medium high heat about 5 minutes until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in taco seasoning, beans, corn with juices and water. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve hot.
Serves 4.
