1 pound ground beef 2 cans refrigerator biscuit dough 1 cup prepared pizza sauce 1 tbsp. dried oregano 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large sheet pan. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat, breaking up clumps. Drain beef. Roll out each biscuit on a floured surface to a 4 inch round. Place rounds on the prepared pan. Spread the dough rounds with the pizza sauce. Divide the beef between pizzas and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the pizzas. Bake pizzas about 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
