Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. all purpose flour 1 tbsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pound boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes 4 tsp. olive oil two 14 1/2 ounce cans stewed tomatoes 1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature hot buttered noodles
Directions
Stir together flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add pork cubes and toss to coat. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add coated pork cubes and brown on all sides. Stir in stewed tomatoes. Cook pork about 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently, until tender. Remove pan from heat. Transfer 1/2 cup of the pan sauce to a small bowl. Stir in sour cream and return to skillet. Heat through without boiling. Serve immediately over hot buttered noodles.
Serves 4.
