Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
15 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 3 tbsp. tahini 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt crackers or pita wedges
Directions
Combine the garbanzo beans, garlic, tahini, oil, lemon juice and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the bowl frequently. Spoon the hummus into a bowl and cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or pita wedges.
Serves 4 to 6.
