Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 pounds cooked ham steak 3/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup bourbon 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream 2 tsp. whole grain mustard
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Season ham with pepper. Add ham to the skillet and cook about 3 minutes per side until slightly browned and heated through. Transfer ham to a platter and tent with foil. Carefully add the bourbon to the skillet and flame. Stir in cream and mustard. Boil about 2 minutes until thickened. Serve the ham with sauce.
Serves 3 to 4.
