Quick and Easy Game Day Chocolate Fudge Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 1/4 cups sugar
5 ounce can evaporated milk
12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
6 ounce package milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts if desired

Directions
Butter the inside of a 2 quart glass baking dish. Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on HIGH, stirring every 2 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Add semisweet chips, milk chocolate chips, walnuts(if using), butter and vanilla and stir until chocolate is melted. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish. Refrigerate fudge until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Makes about 5 dozen pieces fudge.
