Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound lean ground beef 2 tbsp. all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. dried thyme 10 1/2 ounce can condensed onion soup
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, breaking up clumps. Drain fat from pan and stir in flour, pepper and thyme. Add onion soup and heat to a simmer. Simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve Sloppy Joes on split, toasted buns.
Serves 4.
