Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. ground mustard 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 6 ounces each 6 ounce can French fried onion rings, crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan. Stir together the melted butter or margarine, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic salt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Place crushed onion rings in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in the butter mixture then coat with the crushed onion rings. Transfer coated chicken to the prepared pan. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
