Quick and Easy Chili Rubbed Tilapia Fillets with Lemon

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt, divided 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil 4 tilapia fillets, about 5 to 6 ounces each 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
Combine chili powder, garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. salt in a pie plate. Dredge tilapia in chili mixture to coat. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tilapia and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until just cooked through. Divide tilapia between 4 plates. Add remaining 1 tsp. olive oil, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. salt to skillet and boil 1 minute. Spoon lemon mixture over tilapia and serve.
Serves 4.
