Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 small onion, peeled and thinly sliced 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 10 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables 1/2 cup water 3 cups cooked rice two 6 1/2 ounce cans tuna, drained 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until softened, about 8 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in rice, tuna, celery and soy sauce and heat through.
Serves 6 to 8.
