Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
16 ounce jar processed cheese spread
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 cup milk
1/3 cup canned sliced jalapeno peppers
8 warm corn muffins, halved

Directions
Combine chicken or turkey, cheese spread, soup, broccoli, milk and jalapenos in a medium saucepan. Cook 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated and smooth. Ladle over muffin halves and serve immediately.

Serves 4 to 8.
