Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tsp. wasabi powder 1 tsp. water 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup thin sliced green onions 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground ginger 8 salmon fillets, about 4 ounces each
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together wasabi and water in a small bowl until well blended. Add maple syrup, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger. Stir until well combined. Place salmon fillets in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Spoon wasabi mixture over salmon. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, basting occasionally, until fish flakes easily.
Serves 8.
