Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef 3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed 2 cups milk 3 tbsp. all purpose flour toasted bread slices
Directions
Fry the ground beef in a large skillet until cooked though. Drain fat from skillet. Stir bouillon into ground beef. Place the milk in a medium saucepan and warm over low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Stir the milk mixture into the ground beef. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until S.O.S. is thickened and bubbly. Spoon large amounts of S.O.S. over toast slices and serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 6.
