Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
14 ounce can chicken broth 3 tbsp. all purpose flour Roasting pan used to roast turkey with fat and liquids remaining
Directions
Pour off fat from roasting pan. Place roasting pan over 2 stove burners and heat over medium heat. Whisk together broth and flour until smooth. Add to roasting pan and cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups gravy.
