Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
three 6 to 8 inch flour tortillas 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup diced green chilies, drained 1 tbsp. salsa 1 tbsp. sour cream
Directions
Place 1 of the tortillas in a large cast iron skillet. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese and 1/3 of the chilies evenly over top. Cover with another tortilla and sprinkle with another third of cheese and chilies. Cover with remaining tortilla and sprinkle with remaining cheese and chilies. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Remove quesadilla from pan and cut into 6 wedges. Dollop salsa and sour cream on top and serve immediately.
Serves 6.
