Quick Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 package frozen Southern-Style hash browns
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups crushed corn flake cereal
2 tbsp. melted margarine

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12x8 inch baking dish. Combine hash browns, Cheddar, soup, Miracle Whip, onion and pepper in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into the prepared dish. Toss together crushed cereal and melted margarine and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 45 to 55 minutes until casserole is heated through.
