Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup peanut butter baking chips 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix 1 3/4 cups cold milk 6 individual graham cracker tart shells whipped topping
Directions
Melt peanut butter chips with oil in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir until smooth. Remove from over water and cool 5 minutes. Whisk together pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl until thickened. Fold in peanut butter mixture. Spoon filling into tart shells. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Garnish tarts with whipped topping before serving.
Makes 6 individual tarts.
