Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 ounces hot Italian sausage links, sliced 1/4 inch thick 4 chicken thighs 14 1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes 1 medium green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped 17 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained 1 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions
Brown sausage slices in a large skillet. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, bell pepper and corn. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Combine cornstarch and water and stir until smooth. Stir into pan and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4.
