Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
20 large marshmallows, cut in half 1 cup Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur 2 cups whipped cream 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust whipped topping
Directions
Place marshmallows in a large saucepan. Melt over medium meat, stirring until smooth. Remove pan from heat and stir in Bailey's Irish Cream. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Cover and refrigerate until set. Spread with whipped topping before serving.
Makes 1 pie.
