Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
15 ounce can chick peas, drained 1/4 cup Tahini paste 1 clove minced garlic 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Combine chick peas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, water and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until pureed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes about 1 to 1 1/2 cups hummus.
