Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup chopped pecans, lightly toasted and cooled 1/2 cup honey 2 tbsp. butter 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butter the inside of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine toasted pecans, honey and butter in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until pecans are glazed. Remove the pan from the heat. Arrange the salmon fillets in the prepared dish. Pour the warm honey pecan mixture over the salmon. Cover the dish with foil and bake salmon about 7 to 10 minutes until just cooked through. Serve salmon immediately.
Serves 4.
