Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup creamy garlic and herb cheese 1 tbsp. minced fresh basil leaves 10 large eggs 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
Directions
Stir together cheese and basil in a small bowl. Whisk eggs to blend in a large bowl. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and stir until almost set, about 1 minute. Add cheese mixture and stir until melted and eggs are softly set, about 2 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5.
