Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh thyme leaves 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, fat trimmed
Directions
Prepare grill. Stir together thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl. Spread the herb rub over both sides of the flank steak. Place the herbed steak on an oiled grill rack. Grill flank steak about 5 to 8 minutes per side for medium. Thinly slice the grilled flank steak across the grain and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
