Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup plain yogurt 1 cup prepared Italian salad dressing 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 2 tbsp. dijon mustard 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed, beans sliced in half lengthwise 2 heads romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces 2 heads radicchio lettuce, thinly sliced 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
Directions
Whisk together yogurt, dressing, garlic, dijon and worcestershire in a small bowl. Cook beans in boiling salted water until crisp-tender. Drain and cool under running water. Drain again. Combine beans, romaine, radicchio and 1/4 cup parmesan in a large bowl. Add dressing mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup parmesan over top of salad. Serves immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
