Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 ounces crushed gingersnap cookies 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tbsp. cold butter or margarine, diced two 15 ounce cans sliced peaches in light syrup, drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Stir together gingersnap crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Cut in butter or margarine until coarse crumbs form. Arrange peach slices in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle gingersnap mixture evenly over peaches. Bake about 20 minutes until peaches are heated through and topping is crisp. Serve warm.
Serves 4 to 6.
