Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
17 ounce can whole kernel corn 3 ounces cream cheese 4 ounce can diced green chiles 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
Directions
Drain corn, reserving 2 tbsp. liquid. Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Stir in chiles, green onions and red bell pepper. Heat through.
Serves 4 to 6.
