Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 russet potatoes, thinly sliced 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place potato slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle chili powder, salt and pepper over potatoes. Toss potatoes to coat. Spread seasoned potatoes in a single layer on 2 baking sheets. Bake about 12 minutes per side until potatoes start to crisp. Serve hot.
Serves 4.
