Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 cups herb-seasoned stuffing cubes 1/2 cup boiling water 1 tbsp. butter or margarine 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup milk 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 3 quart shallow baking dish. Mix together stuffing cubes, boiling water and butter or margarine in a medium bowl until evenly moistened. Spoon stuffing down the center of the prepared dish. Place 3 chicken breast halves on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Stir together soup, milk and parsley in a small bowl. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serves 6.
