Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 large flour tortillas 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 16 ounce package frozen, thawed mixed vegetables, drained 14 ounce can diced green chilies 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Warm 1 tortilla in the microwave. Place tortilla in a 9 inch pie plate. Stir together mushroom soup, chopped chicken, vegetables, chilies and cilantro in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into pie plate. Warm remaining tortilla and place over chicken mixture. Coat tortilla lightly with cooking spray. Cover pie with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 25 minutes until filling is hot and top is golden. Cut into 6 wedges and serve immediately.
Makes 6 pieces.
