Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves two 14 1/2 ounce cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. crumbled dry oregano 1/4 tsp. crumbled dry basil 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake 15 minutes. Drain fat. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano, basil and tabasco in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens. Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle parmesan over chicken. Bake 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serves 4.
