Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, diced two 10 1/2 ounce cans cream of celery soup two 4 ounce cans whole mushrooms, drained two 6 ounce cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced 16 ounce package frozen peas 1 cup slivered almonds 2 cups potato chips, lightly crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 inch casserole or baking dish. Stir together chicken, soup, mushrooms, water chestnuts, peas and almonds. Transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle crushed chips over the top. Bake 30 minutes until casserole is heated through.
Serves 6 to 8.
