Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided 3/4 cup 1/2 inch thick bread cubes 1 pound canned green beans, drained 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 tsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large skillet. add bread cubes and cook, stirring, until crisp and golden. Add drained beans to skillet. Stir together vinegar, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, onion and salt. Add to skillet and heat through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Serves 4.
