Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice two 1 inch thick salmon fillets 1 tsp. dried tarragon, crumbled
Directions
Preheat broiler. Combine butter and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Melt together over low heat. Stir in pepper. Place salmon skin-side down on a broilerproof pan. Spoon half of butter mixture over salmon. Broil salmon until cooked through. Stir tarragon into remaining melted butter and spoon over salmon before serving.
Serves 2.
