Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups sour cream, room temperature
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut steak into thirds, lengthwise. Slice crosswise into 3/4 inch thick pieces. Stir together meat, onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour. Stir some of sauce into sour cream then stir sour cream into meat. Bake 2 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
Serves 4.
