Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 pound ground beef 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. brown sugar 12 prepared biscuits 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin. Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up clumps. Drain fat from pan. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Press prepared biscuits into the prepared pan. Spoon meat mixture over biscuits and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until beef is heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Makes 12 biscuit cups.
