Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
12 ounces frozen, thawed cod fillets, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 10 ounce can chicken with rice soup 1 1/2 cups water 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped stir-fry vegetables 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Combine soup, water, soy sauce and cayenne in a large saucepan and heat to a boil. Stir in stir-fry vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in fish. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes until fish is flaky. Stir in lemon juice.
Serves 3.
