Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
21 ounce can apricot pie filling 1 roll refrigerated butterscotch cookie dough 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place apricot pie filling in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, until warmed through. Transfer the heated apricot filling to an 8 inch glass pie plate. Cut the cookie dough into 1/4 inch thick slices. Overlap the cookie dough slices over the top of the apricot filling. Stir together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cookie dough. Bake about 25 minutes until cookies are cooked through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Serves 6.
