Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
15 ounce can pumpkin puree 12 ounce can evaporated milk 3 large eggs 1 cup sugar 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 package white cake mix 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pie spice until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts over. Pour melted butter or margarine over top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
Serves 12.
