Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour cider Glaze Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pork rib chops, 8 ounces each
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup apple cider
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds

Directions
Season chops with salt and pepper. In a skillet brown chops on both sides in oil. Stir together cider and brown sugar and add to skillet. Simmer uncovered, turning chops once, until meat is almost cooked throufg, about 3 minutes. Remove chops from pan. Add vinegar and mustard seeds to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce to 1/3 cup. Return chops to skillet and simmer 2 minutes.

Serves 2.
