Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. paprika pinch cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. salt two 8 ounce pork chops 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Whisk together orange juice, pepper, chili powder, paprika, cayenne and salt in a shallow baking dish. Add pork, turning to coat. Cover and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature. Transfer pork with marinade to a large skillet. Cover and cook about 6 minutes per side, over medium-high heat, until pork is just cooked through. Transfer pork to plates and sprinkle cilantro over.
Serves 2.
