Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1 tbsp. all purpose flour 1/4 cup chili powder 1 tbsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper two 16 ounce cans chopped peeled tomatoes 8 ounce can tomato sauce
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot. Add pork cubes and brown. Add onion and garlic and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir well to coat pork. Stir in chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer about 60 minutes until pork is tender and chili is thickened.
Serves 4 to 6.
