Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. olive oil 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves(about 5 to 7 ounces each) 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp. sliced black olives 4 tbsp. prepared marinara sauce 6 slices Italian salami
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with oregano, basil and garlic powder and add to skillet. Cover and cook chicken until cooked through, turning occasionally. Add mushrooms and olives to skillet and cook until softened. Spread marinara sauce over chicken. Add salami to skillet and cook 10 seconds until heated. Place salami slices over marinara. Spoon mushrooms and olives over. Sprinkle with Parmesan and cook 1 minute. Serve hot.
Serves 2.
