Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound spicy ground pork sausage 1 pound Velveeta cheese 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. catsup 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 2 loaves party rye bread
Directions
Fry sausage in a large skillet, breaking up as fine as possible. Drain sausage well. Place Velveeta in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave Velveeta 30 seconds at a time on High power until melted. Stir until smooth. Stir in sausage, worcestershire, catsup, oregano and garlic salt. Spread mixture on rye bread. Transfer bread to sheet pans and bake 5 minutes. Serve hors d'oeuvres hot.
Makes about 4 dozen hors d'oeuvres.
