Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
5 pound fully cooked ham 20 ounce can crushed pineapple 1/2 cup red currant jelly, melted 1 tbsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake 60. Drain pineapple, Stir together pineapple, melted jelly, horseradish and cloves in a small bowl. Spoon pineapple glaze mixture over top of ham and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
