Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 cups chopped tomatoes, drained 3 cups finely chopped onion 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh cilantro 6 fresh jalapeno chiles, seeded, finely chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Stir together all ingredients. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
Makes about 10 cups.
