Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped green bell pepper 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups heavy or whipping cream 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup milk 3 cups diced cooked chicken 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese cooked pasta
Directions
Combiner celery, onion, bell pepper, oil, tarragon, lemon pepper and garlic in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Add cream, cream cheese, milk and chicken and heat to a simmer-don't boil. Sprinkle with cheese and serve over hot pasta.
Serves 6 to 8.
