Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pheasants, cut in serving pieces 2 t. salt 1 t. pepper 1 can mushroom soup 1 pkg. Onion soup mix 1 c. sour cream 1 c. salad oil
Directions
Sprinkle pheasant with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Fry in oil until brown. Pour off excess oil and use drippings to make gravy with the flour. Add water. Place pheasant in casserole dish. Add the rest of the ingredients to the gravy and pour over pheasant. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour
