Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 cups all purpose flour 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. pepper 1 tbsp. salt 2 cups milk 2 large eggs 4 pounds chicken breasts, thighs and legs vegetable oil
Directions
Stir together flour, paprika, pepper and salt in a large bowl. Whisk together eggs and milk in another large bowl. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip coated chicken into egg mixture then return to flour mixture and dredge again. Place oil in a large skillet to a depth of 2 inches. Heat oil to 360 degrees. Fry chicken in batches until juices run cleat and coating is golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Serves 6 to 8.
