Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 eggs 1 cup dark corn syrup 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla dash of salt 1 cup pecans 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
Beat eggs. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and salt. Blend well. Arrange pecans in bottom of partly baked pie shell. The nuts will come to the top during baking. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake in a 350 degree oven 45 to 55 minutes.
